I will meet with you to discuss what wage loss benefits you are entitled to under the law and how they are calculated.  Often times, your Average Weekly Wage is not calculated correctly by the claims processor which results in an underpayment of your benefits.

Please note that if you have received a Notice of Intention to Discontinue your benefits, there are time limitations to request an expedited conference.  If you would like your matter addressed in this expedited process, please call me as soon as possible to secure this conference at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

While there is no "pain and suffering" awarded in Minnesota Workers Compensation Claims, there is a benefit called Permanent Partial Disability that is to compensate you for loss of use or functional impairment.  This benefit is determined by a rating by your treating doctor when you achieve maximum medical improvement.  The amount paid is determined by your percentage of whole body impairment as determined by a schedule maintained within a disability schedule.  I would be happy to discuss with you the details of how to get you properly compensated for this benefit.
